Everyone on the team knows what they are required to do, and they are aware that support is available whenever the need arises. This also applies to how a community functions. Learners are not only held accountable, but they experience accountability on a deeper level. The aligned goals give a more impactful learning experience and motivate learners to challenge themselves and their peers to realize one’s full potential.

According to the Linkedin Learning Workplace Report 2021, community creates 30x better engagement, which opens up the possibilities to get a different perspective from other learners involved.
