How do I access a webinar?

You can access the webinar from any location with a computer or laptop that has Internet access. You will need headphones or your device has speakers to hear the audio from the webinar broadcast.


I'm an AICD member. Why do I need to put in all my details?

Cahoot Learning manages the webinars on behalf of AICD. Registration and payments for webinars are taken through their website . First time registrants will need to enter their details, however if you tick the ‘Save my registration details’ option when finalising your first transaction, your details will be retained for future transactions.


Why do I need my member ID?

Your member ID is required in order to receive the member rate. Member ID is also required for exclusive member-only webinars. First time registrants will need to enter their details, however if you tick the ‘Save my registration details’ option your details will be retained for future transactions.


What discount can I achieve for purchasing multiple webinars in one transaction?

Register for three or more webinars of your choice (live or recording) in one transaction, and you can take advantage of our bundle and save promotion. Receive 10% discount for three webinars or register for five or more and receive a 15% discount. Please note that series webinars are exempt from this offer as they automatically attract a 10% discount when the series option is selected.


Do you offer corporate discounts for webinars?

Yes we offer further corporate discounts. Please contact your AICD Member and Directors Executive, or email awebinars@aicd.com.au for further information.


I can no longer attend the webinar on the scheduled date. What are my options?

If you miss the live session, we will automatically send you an email with a link to view the recording. The recording is sent approximately 48 hours after the live session. You can view the recording at a time that best suits you up until the expiry date.


When do I receive details to access a webinar?

If you have registered for the live session, you receive your access details upon registration. If you have registered for the recording, you will receive your details within 48 hours after the live session has been presented. The email is sent from ‘Live Online Training’ (webinars@cahootlearning.com) not AICD, and if you don’t receive any details please check your junk folder prior to contacting Cahoot Learning on +61 3 8080 9966 or 1300 273 548


What do I do if I experience technical problems?

We recommend that you test your system in advance of the webinar. You may be required to download software. Please consult your IT department if you are accessing the webinar from your workplace. If you experience technical problems during the webinar, please contact Cahoot Learning on +61 3 8080 9966 or 1300 273 548.


I registered for the recording. Why haven't I received anything?

Participants registered for the recording will receive an email containing a link to the recording and materials within 48 hours after the live session. If it has been more than 48 hours since the live session, please check your junk folder prior to contacting Cahoot Learning on +61 3 8080 9966 or 1300 273 548.


I registered for the live webinar. Do I automatically get a copy of the recording?

Yes. All participants who registered for the live session will receive the recording.


Can I access the webinar on my iPad?

You can access the webinar from your iPad or Tablet. However some webinar features are not available on the Tablet / iPad such as responding to polls or annotation marking on the screen. To access the webinar on an iPad, you will need to download the Webex Meeting app and follow the instructions in the webinar access email.


I'm trying to watch the webinar. Why can’t I find it on your website?

You must be registered to watch a webinar. You can only access the webinar via the unique link emailed to you upon registration. If you would like the email re-sent to you, please email our webinars team on awebinars@aicd.com.au.


Can I transfer my registration?

Transfers are permitted, provided that the registered attendee has not attended the live session. Any requests should be submitted via email awebinars@aicd.com.au and should be made within one (1) week of the live session being run.


I have completed the webinar. When will my DPD records be updated?

Records for both live webinars and recordings are updated monthly (the end of the first week of the following month).
