This dynamic and engaging program explores the challenges associated with managing difficult conversations in the workplace, conflicting perspectives and perceptions on a range of issues including performance and workplace behaviours can mean that some conversations are avoided or may escalate into a discrimination, bullying or harassment issue.
 
Participants will gain tools and strategies and build confidence and competence to have quality conversations when issues arise, rather than avoiding or mishandling these interactions. It will stimulate thinking and dialogue to inspire new actions.
