Probity and corruption

For further details about the recording of this event please contact training@iia.org.au.

Session Overview:

Procurement is typically the only area where probity is considered, and then typically poorly. Probity applies to most aspects of an organisation’s activities and is because increasingly significant.

What I will learn:

  • Why you ask “what were they thinking?” about so many probity situations
  • What are the components of probity?
  • How probity bites the rear-ends of auditors
  • Practical measures to improve probity

Who should attend:

Internal auditors, risk managers,  people dealing with compliance, governance, procurement, grants, complaints and operations

CPD Points awarded: 1
