Overview

As we approach the end of another financial year, attention turns to financial reporting. Currently we are in the midst of a major change process in this area and the regulators are hard at work, rolling out amendments to various accounting standards and to the reporting framework itself. All not-for-profit organisations will be affected by these changes and this Brenton Cox webinar will highlight the impacts and implications, for the 2019-20 year in particular but also the years beyond.

Topics Covered

  • The Australian Financial Reporting Framework
  • The Changes – What’s New For 2019-20
  • Performance Reporting
  • How to Produce a Financial Report
  • The Future – Further Developments & Improvements

Learning Outcomes

The session will provide attendees with a better understanding of the financial reporting requirements as they apply to not-for-profit organisations. There will be a particular focus on the recent changes and in practical terms, on understanding what the changes really mean.
