Craig is the CEO of Cahoot Learning where he has led the company’s growth and transformation since 2020. He has over 20 years’ international experience of strategic leadership within the workforce development and education sectors where he has supported governments and organisations in over 45 countries across six continents.
Anthony Morris
Executive Director for Client Success and Growth
Anthony is co-founder of Cahoot Learning. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight to the strategic and experiential approach to workforce development. He has been a pioneer of social learning in digital environments since he founded Cahoot Learning in 2006 and has co-authored a number of papers and case studies in this area including formative work in cohort-based learning with the likes of Stanford and MIT.
Sarah Primrose

Sarah works closely with organisations to design learning experiences that help people grow, connect and perform in the real world. From leadership and graduate programs to large scale capability initiatives, Sarah focuses on building practical skills, strong professional identity and lasting impact. She is passionate about creating learning that feels human, collaborative and relevant to everyday work, helping organisations build confident people, stronger teams and future ready capability.
David O’Brien

David is an experienced technology leader with more than 30 years in the IT industry, combining innovation, practical problem-solving, and a strong focus on security. As Chief Technology Officer at Cahoot Learning for the past 15 years, he has led the company’s technological strategy, overseeing the development of scalable, secure systems aligned with business growth.
