Sharpen active listening by observing a team meeting. Notice tone, body language and dynamics, then reflect on how these signals influence communication and decisions.
Pitch sprint
Craft and deliver a short pitch about a work idea or solution. Practice clarity, confidence and timing. Then reflect on what landed, what didn’t and why.
Hard question
Identify a meaningful, high-stakes question and ask it in a real work context to a manager. Build behaviour change and confidence through real dialogue.

“I rate the experience as excellent on so many levels. I’m actually very glad the focus was not on technology but rather on leadership and the soft skills that are so critical to succeeding as a leader. I loved hearing other people’s perspectives within the class – there’s so much to learn from how others react to similar situations. The videos were really good, the right length and engaging. I think the modules flowed nicely from one to the next.
The content was relevant and applicable to anyone in a leadership position, or striving towards that.
