Discovery
We commence by ascertaining what success looks like. Together we define learning objectives and behavioural outcomes, understand your audience and constraints, review existing assets, and confirm cohort structure, timeline and facilitation model.
Design
Our learning designers map the full learning arc—sequencing content, crafting activities, and designing social learning moments (discussion framing, peer interaction, reflection and practice). Importantly, we design the learner experience inside the platform early, so you can see, click through and refine the flow quickly.
Develop
We transform your existing content, create new content where needed and produce the learning assets that bring the program to life. Visual design is applied in parallel – accurately reflecting your brand while meeting accessibility standards across typography, contrast, motion and media. We then build the portal structure, cohorts, pathways, automations and any required configuration settings.
Delivery
Before launch, we run QA across content, links/media, timing logic, automations, access permissions and usability. We confirm communication sequencing, enrolments, and facilitator readiness – then launch with active monitoring, learner support and day-to-day administration from day one.
Demonstrate
We provide real-time dashboards and exportable data so you can see engagement and progress clearly.
