Learning in action

Mini Missions are short, task-based activities that embed learning in real workplace contexts. Designed to fit seamlessly into graduates’ workweek, they drive on-the-job application, increasing confidence and autonomy. Each tier includes a curated mix. Here’s a taste of what graduates may encounter along the way.

Ask the Hard Question

“I rate the experience as excellent at so many levels. I’m actually very glad that the focus was not on technology, but rather on leadership and the soft skills that are so critical to succeeding as a leader. I loved hearing other people’s perspectives within the class – there’s so much to learn from how others react to similar situations. The videos were really good, the right length, and engaging. I think the modules flowed nicely from one to the next. The content was relevant and applicable to anyone in a leadership position, or striving towards that. I was really impressed that the facilitators commented on every single comment that we (or I can at least speak for myself…for me this was true) posted, and on the documents and videos. That kind of personalized attention is rare to find in a classroom, and I certainly didn’t expect it for an online course – I was so pleasantly surprised and humbled to receive this level of individualized feedback. This course has directly impacted how I lead my team and related projects. I was moved by all the things I experienced and I am sharing these “stories” with my team. I think this will have a very positive impact on the team and will motivate them to continue their good work and feel good about what they do and feel valued.”
