Cisco Webex Meetings - Mobile Phone and Tablet Setup
Step 1.
Click on “Join my Webinar” in your login email.If that doesn’t work, follow step 2.
Step 2.
Go to www.gocahoot.comEnter your "Connect ID" and "Password" as per login email and click the “LOG IN” button.
Step 3.
Click "Join" on the following page.
Step 4.
Click "Download" up the top of the screen.You will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download the Cisco Webex Meetings App.
Step 5.
In the Google Play Store, click "Install".
Step 6.
Wait while it completes the installation process.
Step 7.
Once installation is complete, return and complete Steps 1 to 3 or click “Join via Installed app” on the browser page.
Step 8.
Click “Allow” to open the Webex Meetings App.
Step 9.
Review, then click “Accept”.
Step 10.
“Allow” following permissions to ensure audio and other features operate correctly.
Step 11.
Click on the Audio selection drop down at the bottom and select “Use Internet for Audio”.You can also choose “Call in” or “Call me” and follow the prompts on the screen to ensure audio connection.
Then click “Join”.
Once audio is connected, you will hear the music or talking.

In the Apple App Store, click the Installation icon.
Step 6.
Wait while it completes the installation process.Go to Step 7
Step 7.
Once installation is complete, return and complete Steps 1 to 3 or click “Join via Installed app” on the browser page.
Step 8.
Click “Open”.
Step 9.
Review, then click “Accept”.
Step 10.
Click “OK” to allow microphone permissions (required for audio).
Step 11.
Click on the Audio selection drop down at the bottom and select “Use Internet for Audio”.You can also choose “Call in” and dial in using a phone to establish audio connection.
Then click “Join”.
Once audio is connected, you will hear the music or talking.
