In October 2017 the Department of Home Affairs underwent a transformation of its HR Business and established the People Business Partner (PBP) function. After nearly 4 years of fine-tuning, the function has evolved and continues to do so, into a trusted advisor and strategic partner for our senior leadership teams.
In this Webinar you will hear from both the Department’s Group and Regional People Business Partners – roles that have both similarities and differences when it comes to how they support business to achieve its HR priorities.
